4. Dinging your neighbor's car in the parking lot on purpose.

All this in two months time. And you think you have problems?

If you pull an all night marathon screaming sex session several nights a week, I would not be too happy if I was your neighbor.

However, once in a while is no big deal to me. Back in my East Hartford apartment days (1994-97), I had a neighbor that lived below me that seemed to be doing that, but always sounded like he was in pain... so, the woman I was with at the time & I used to joke that his girlfriend was a dominatrix. It was more of a laugh to us than anything.
