May the ghosts of many Scottish Terriers Past haunt this man till he dies. (My Great Aunt had a Scottish "Terror" I still have a scar on my hand from where the thing bit me...But they are forever known to me as "Kilty Dogs"... Ahh the joy and culture shock of being half Italian and half Scottish... I like Wine with my Haggis.)

He hates rain. Of course, he also hates getting his feet wet, so the umbrella wouldn't be enough - I'd have to get boots, too. Unfortunately, he hates having his feet "confined" by anything, so the boots aren't really an option. Oh screw it ... I'll just keep him inside when it rains! ;-)
