Right now, I have to say Subway commercials have the market cornered on "Horribly annoying stupid shit commercials that make me yell at my TV and want to stab out my eyes."

CocaCola commercials are usually pretty bad too. And though they do them less now, those McDonald's commercials specifically aimed at blacks are pretty god damn lame too. "Yo, let's go to MickeyD's and eat shitty food, yo! Yo!"

Swimming through some kid's pee stream in a pool--ugh. Drying off your clean body with a towel somebody else has just used to wipe off sweat--disgusting.

Also the ads from some internet ticket service that shows "their kind of people". A guy getting extra peanuts in a plane and then stealing the peanuts of the person next to him. A guy throwing his young son out of the way into a pool so the guy can dive for a quarter. I guess their kind of people are thoughtless, selfish, and greedy. That is to say, Republicans.

And I can't omit the grossest of all: Little toenail fungus creatures lifting the nail and crawling in, only to be cured by whatever product is being pushed.

wanting more of it. Tie for 2d place goes to NYT/WSJ spots with people who REALLY REALLY need to read these papers everyday (They're national spots). However, the latest one from the WSJ leads off with a guy whose obsessive compulsion to read the Journal is so over the top that it's hysterical.

Worst commercial of all is the one for Inventec (forgive spelling) with the idiots detailing all the money they would have made if they had just patented their ideas. Straight to the "so bad it's good" hall of fame.

Most annoying commercial is a one-million-way tie between every commercial for every cable network and its programming, with an occasional exception for Comedy Central. These suck to begin with and they just play them straight into the ground.

Oh, and how could I forget Bosley Medical. "Do you think my barber will recognize me?" I don't give a rip, Dumbo. I hope they aren't paying the monkeys who come up with this crap too much.
