Because this is just TOO outrageous.
My guess is that she will end up settling out of court on this.
I heard an interview with her and her lawyer on Howard Stern (they weren't on Stern it was a tape) and the attorney responded to Fox's demand to play the tapes with "You don't want this stuff to be aired."
This gonna be GOOD!

That's the lamest example of sexual harrassment I've ever heard. I mean, I'm not in favor of sexual harrassment or anything, but what really stands out is how lame that is! How boring. How inhibited!
