They don't stand a chance.
Nobody's EVER come back from a 3-0 deficit to win a 7-game series.
Gho-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-sts!!! Bo-o-o-o-o-o-woo-o-o-o-oooo!
It's back in Da Bronx now, baby!
Schilling's ankle hurts.
Rivera is unhittable at Yankee Stadium.
Johnny Damon can't hit his way out of a wet paper bag.
The Yankees scored 19 runs against them.
Their bullpen is depleted.
The curse. The cu-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-r-r-r-r-r-s-s-s-s-s-e!
Aaron Boone.
Bucky Dent.
The Yankees. It's the Yankees!
It just can't happen.
9-11 changed everything except that.

The yankees are winless in the Series. If they make it, expect St. Louis or Houston to hand them their republican asses.

And for that reason, I like it.

So is it the Sox you hate, or the Stankees?

Did you know . . . ?
That many popular baseball team nicknames are actually shortened versions of their original names?
For example, the Cincinnati Reds were originally the Redlegs.
Mets is short for Metropolitans.
Yankees is short for Yankeessuck.
Does that answer your question, redqueen?

4. I'm a Yankees fan, but their bullpen is running on fumes . . . |
|
what do Rivera, Gordon and the rest have left after the last three games? . . . and Torre has relied on his pen all year long to win games . . . if Lieber can't give them 8 quality innings tonight, they could be in trouble . . . (of course, the Sox pen is in the same situation) . . .
I still think they'll win it tonight . . . if the game is played . . . probably the best thing for both teams would be a rainout so everyone can rest up a bit . . .

because Rivera is not available tonight so you can cross him off your list and he has blown three of his last six saves to the Sox anyway.Gordan and Quantrail are owned by Boston, keep sending them out. Shills going tonight with some thing to prove. Damon was hitting EVERYTHING till this series, he'll be fine. Hey, how about Jeter, Matshitty and Arod going 2-22 LMAO are you kidding me? And you're worried about Damon, desperation indeed
