Bush's Bulge!

Your Bush impersonator (he is quite good, by the way) comes out on stage. The Bulge On The Back is noticeable, and becomes even more so as Bush speaks increasingly outrageous claims. As does Pinocchio's nose, The Bulge grows with each lie, until eventually The Bulge becomes a huge rectangular hump that rises up from behind Bush. This is all seen from the front. As it rises, the music from Jaws would be appropriate.
