6. I Believe! It's not over yet folks!
The Yanks sure have the talent, all they need is to work together as a team, something they haven't done the last three nights.

Never count out the Yanks in a big game. And boy, is this a big game.

We want to see the underdog take it all, not the Evil Empire!

20. That's, as they say, "bush"
But, I know, moral superiority, it's a New England thing.

Hope it makes ya feel better.

9. Yankees fan since..............
I was old enough to know anything about baseball. That would be about 50 yrs. now. I DO feel kinda' sorry for Red Sox fans. It has to be hard as hell watching you team go down the crapper year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year, after year.

12. Yankee love?
It's there. We know exactly where it is. It is somewhere north and east. A little bit south of all the Bush love.

Woof

13. WTF is WRONG with them??
:P

I don't even LIKE baseball, I just tuned in that one night and now I'm sucked into this stupid series...every time those Yankees lose and prolong this thing, ARGH!!

But now they must win or else I will have wasted my time caring.

14. buying championship teams hurts the game
would have been sweet to see the twins take 'em down, but they hardly had a chance with their payroll.

15. The Yanks aren't................
the ONLY team that spends a lot of money. The Red Sox aren't far behind. They DO pay a price for going over the cap, and that money is shared by the smaller market teams. If the owners SPENT that money instead of putting it in their pockets, maybe there would be more competitive teams every year. Just a thought.

16. Older than dirt, and have been a life long Red Sox fan.
They will win tonight. It is fate, it is ordained, it's in the stars, it's in the cards, whatever....it is our time.

17. I'm A Yankees Fan
and I will be even if they lose tonight. You cannot abandon your team, esp. when they've won as many championships that they've won. With that said, a loss tonight would be a historic collapse. One that may detroy this Yankee franchise for a long, long time to come.

19. you're right about that . . .
if the Yanks blow it, Steinbrenner will blow up . . . I like the Yankees because I like the way they play, and most of the players are quality people (with a few exceptions), even if they've come from other teams . . . but I can't understand some of George's moves, i.e. paying huge salaries to older players (like Kevin Brown and Jose Contraras) who are past their prime while failing to re-sign proven winners like Andy Pettitte and David Wells . . . and trading away all of the quality in their farm system doesn't bode well for the years to come . . .

I think they'll win tonight, but if not I'll have no problem rooting for the Sox to win their first Series in 86 years . . . I have friends in New England who deserve to see that at least once . . .

Hopefully, the boys catch wind of Schilling's verbal dissing of A-Rod on Jim Rome today and get a little anger going to take their minds of the stress.

I'll be fine once the game starts. It's the before and after part (if we lose) that sucks the most.
