Firefox is so much better than Internet Explorer!
I just made the switch last week. I wish i had done it months ago.

Everyone should give it a try.

2. But I'm having a bad time with plug-ins.
It wouldn't play the Eagle ad because I needed a plugin and then said it couldn't find one.

I don't think that's nice.

8. If it got loaded as a .zip you may have a problem
That was true of an earlier version of Mozilla and I finally uninstalled, then reinstalled. works fine now.

10. A .zip?
I went to the site, downloaded, installed. I don't remember using WinZip but who knows. It was right after I had crashed out, reformatted, and re-installed TWICE in three weeks due to murderous virus attacks. I wasn't eating or sleeping really well at the time.

11. the first time I downloaded I did it with flashget. I didn't realise
the regular download windown was behind the flashget window.

Man I feel for ya on the reformatting. I had to redo twice Christmas day, then again, then I just sent it to the computer people to redo. It was draining.

can I use Firefox if I have SBC Yahoo DSL? It automatically opens the IE when I log in.
