Looks like at the end of the clip they are setting it's feet down to give it stability. Good both to help calm it and get it ready for the end of the test.
It looks like it wasn't reacting well to zero-g. Might need some other means of ridding spacecraft of mice. (I think they've done breeding tests with mice on the shuttle, so apparently mice aren't totally dibilitated.)

That cat is NOT having fun. And think of how much hair they had to clean up afterward - cats shed explosively when they're under that kind of stress.
Too bad the cat didn't unleash his bladder for true zero-G fun!
