That's the only way to make a decision. If it says that you can use either one, then go with the 60mAh one. It's is "milli-ampere hours" which is a quanity of energy stored. The more, the better.
Like a car battery, which are (or at least used to be) in the 100Ah range (100 ampere-hours, way bigger than that lithium one).

for backup battery on graphing calculator. mine died yesterday and lost tons of things on it =(. It had a 1616 in there now, but the cover says either, so i'll get 1620 i guess.
