It's a boat, it's a plane, it's a ... bionic dolphin? That's what inventor Rob Innes calls his fiberglass-Kevlar submersible modeled on the marine mammal's streamlined body. Here it skims the surface of Auckland Harbor, New Zealand, at speeds of up to 31 mph. It can do about 15 mph underwater.



This looks like fun.
