Don't let them try to snow you with their engineering PhDs. I work in molecular biology with MD/PhDs, and most of them wouldn't be caught dead voting for the Chimp.

All I can say is this:

The smartest man I ever worked for was a guy at the old Exxon Office Systems Company in NJ who dropped out after two years at Purdue. He and his wife had no children, and were voracious readers - they read books constantly on a wide range of subjects. I worked for the guy for over five years, and never recall him saying the words "I don't know".

And some of the stupidest people I've ever worked with (or for) were ones with PhDs and MBAs.
