I'm going to get my flabby ass back in the gym again (the university where I work has a fitness center).
So, how about a forum for DU'ers who want to learn more about working out, nutrition, supplements?

1. I would be interested! |

I need to lose a few lbs. and get into better shape. A forum for that purpose would be a good idea, I think. Its easier when you have support from other people.

3. Good idea, I've lost about 30 pounds over the last year from being in |
|
graduate school and super-sizing it everyday. I've learned some things from various web sites, but I can always learn more.

8. I think I got ahead of myself in the post. I ate terrible in grad |

school and gained about 40 pounds. I lost 30 pounds by diet and exercise. I wish I could lose weight by eating burger king everyday. The best fries in the world, but the quarter pounder with cheese is better than the whopper.
I'd better stop before I fall off the wagon.

I run 6.5 miles/4 days each week, but I certainly need motivation. I can offer lots of advice but also need lots of advice.
