When I was young I tried to make cookies to surprise my mom. The fire started small, but while I was trying to save the cookies, I knocked out the gas line and blew up the house. I would have died if not for the huge pot of boiling soup on the stove. Though it gave me soup burns over 99% of my body, the metal soup pot saved me from the explosion.
You just had to bring that up.

It should read "learn well the arts of reading writing and listening true, for they will lead to the greatest art of all - understanding."
This old saying sometimes is read "Learn well the arts of reading, writing, and listening true, and you will recieve the greatest gift of all, understanding." But I like my way better.

Try and be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book every now and then, get some walking in, and try and live together in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations. And, finally, here are some completely gratuitous pictures of penises to annoy the censors and to hopefully spark some sort of controversy, which, it seems, is the only way, these days, to get the jaded, video-sated public off their fucking arses and back in the sodding cinema. Family entertainment? Bollocks. What they want is filth: people doing things to each other with chainsaws during tupperware parties, babysitters being stabbed with knitting needles by gay presidential candidates, vigilante groups strangling chickens, armed bands of theatre critics exterminating mutant goats. Where's the fun in pictures? Oh, well, there we are. Here's the theme music. Goodnight.

Did you fall and wind up getting math lodged in your mouth. How and what are you suckign on? Is it a math textbook, or is it a 3D model of math? If you tell me how math became stuck in your mouth, I could help you stopping sucking it.

29. You can answer this, I'll bet 2 bits. |
|
Why does anyone want to watch a movie with "The Rock" in it. "The Rock" is a movie star. His movie, which I can hear from the next room, is loud. I can hear fighting, knives and swords, things burning, bad accents, cars going fast, and cars wrecking.
You probably know this, so I have already put my 2 bits in an envelope.
Two bits plus the 37 cent stamp. I only hope I can feed my child tomorrow. ;)
And the answer is???

33. Alcatraz has been featured in many films. |
|
Its long history of housing some of th emost famous American criminals, including Al Capone, makes it interesting. This island has been used as a Civil War fortification, a prison, and a symbol of the plight of the Native American during the occupation period. The story of the escape from Alcatraz, starring Telly Savalas, is my favorite film. My wife likes the Sean Connery film, but she wants to leave me to Sean.

37. Its possible you were |

talking about that wrestling man. If thats the case, its probably because we all secretly want to sell hot dogs for a living. Seeing him in films reminds us of his athletic achievement in the ring. We long for the days of youth when we went to the local sports arena to see hulk hogan fight the iron sheik and got hot dogs from the smelly guy out front for $.75. I'm sure the popularity of the "rock's" movies have to do with good ole Smelly Jimmy's hot dogs. The hot pretzels were good too.

Cheer up. So far the Kerry dreams I have collected from DU forums have predicted he will be your president in 2005. If you don't think dreams can be uncannily accurate read THE THIRD REICH OF DREAMS. A doctor in Germany collected hundreds of dreams from patients in all walks of life during Hitler's rise to power till the end of the war. They predicted events so vividly it would curl your hair. Check Straight Shooter's dream on the thirteenth. It tells the whole story. Believe it!
