At least I didn't buy it.

Anyone do anything ridiculous right now, simply because, well, you can't find anything else worthwhile at this moment in your life?

Such as herding virtual pigs and sowing virtual corn in a John Deere branded comuter game like me?

4. What's Pingu? No link for the John Deere game, sorry...it was warezified
...but, I aussume it's a bargain game. Probably find it at a store in the area where they sell Deer/Goat/Moose Hunter 1-36 or so.

;)

5. Oh, you might want to check out the "Harvest Moon" games.
None for the PC that I know about, but there are version for Gameboy, SNES, Playstation, Playstation2, etc...and if you don't own one of those, you can always download an emulator.

Great games. You farm...and farm some more...but it's they also include stuff like finding a wife and going to fairs to show off your prized pigs (which might win you a wife :D)

2. A tractor game would be boring, but a REALLY boring game:
Virtual Filing 2004
A game where you alphabetize and file records. That would be really dull.

3. Well, I like Railroad Tycoon, but where are the interesting games?

I remember I wrote a game in Atari BASIC, similar to space invaders, called "Save Your Sister from the Alien Sperm!" - I was a strange young individual.

Edit: I just implemented it, the name was a variation of a title seen in a Mad magazine or something.

7. Have you ever played the first Deus Ex? Terrorists blow up the Statue...
of Liberty, and everything falls into place from there...

Must play game. Sure, it throws every conspiracy theory ever devised into one single game, but it feels awfully prescient at times...especially for a game that was released in '99 or '00.
