does your stomach shrink when you dont eat?
Havent had much of an appetite for a few days and it is taking me forever to eat my ham sammich.

2. I notice that too
the more frequently I eat, the more I can eat. If I go for a long time without eating, I can put away much less. Also, if I eat just before bed, I wake up starving. If I don't eat at night, I'm not hungry in the morning. :wtf:
