How much should I donate to DU?
I'd like to get my star, access to poll posting and My forums but I'm not sure what the minimum is...I'm not cheap, just financially challenged...

3. Whatever you can muster
I think the site owners are pretty cool about it. Just do what you can afford.

I bought the t-shirt to get my star. It wasn't exactly cheap but I wear the thing all the time now because of it. Besides, I like showing my true colors.

Looking forward to seeing your star! :headbang:

6. I opened the window and it defaulted
to 35 bucks.(so I did) I wanted the tee-shirt, but I figured the money would do more good. I plan on doing it regularly, as this is my home since August.

7. PM Skinner, and ask him up front...
Edited on Tue Nov-30-04 11:51 PM by nine23
He'll probably say: "somewhere between five bucks and a trillion Euros..."

From there, use your imagination...

abject guilt/freeloading EDIT: I don't do the corporate credit/card thing...so therefore I snail-walked my counter cheque mailing to Skinner in DC two days ago..."walk along now, weee little counter cheque..".

In other words, my donation is in the mail...
