Who all's here?
It seems like no one is here, but a few insomniacs and Neoma frantically posting the way out of the 700 club.

You guys up for Pictionary or something?

1. insomniac? not this night
its more of sleeping fuck up, I went to bed at 7 with the intention of waking up at 2 to study for a chem test, and I haven't been back to sleep since.

I start school in two hours, I am gonna be getting ready for that in a half hour or so, so I can hopefully have breakfast which is so hard to come by with me always rushing. You mean people actually live in alaska ;) other than polar bears?

13. None that I know of
they suck down the occasional blunt, but they avoid the nose candy.

It's mostly just the tricked out Vespas to worry about. They don't show you that stuff in the commercials.

3. I just left...
I was up late because I was at the doctor today and got some drugs that made me sleep until a couple hours ago. But then I started feeling groggy again and I went to bed a few minutes ago. I'm probably asleep by now...

Too bad, I'll have put off pictionary for now. But it sounds like future fun, that or a rousing round of charades.

14. Semi-conductor manufacturing
I work in the automated wafer handling systems. So I only have something to do if the robots ain't moving the lots of wafers. Which means I either have tons to do, or nothing.

but as a nightshifter, I don't switch my schedule to daytime on the days I'm off. I sleep between 8am - 4pm every day.

Was up all night last evening, slept for a couple of hours woke up and am at it again. I zzzzzz'd out for 4 hrs an am up again here. I will definitely have to get some sleep later today.

32. Oh yes, working up to melatonin for winter season.
One has to change things around once in a while. The melatonin works for a bit then its so, so. Done the PM routine, now I use the plain stuff simply sleep for those difficult days. I used to do a few cocktails in the am but thats only a crutch and I've tapered off.

Still Rum & cokes sometimes work best for me until the caffine kicks in. :eyes:

Right now I'm under some family health related stress and it has thrown me for a loop. I'm glad I'll be retiring in the spring but you know once a night person always a night person.
