I have Bad Circulation, too. I don't get around much, anymore. ;-)

Have you been to a dr.? Are you sure it's just circulation and not arthritis?

Having said the above, I recommend mild yoga. Great for increasing circulation, flexibility of joints, and general well being, w/o being too extreme. Do however much, and however strong, you can. A little bit is better than none at all.

I also recommend reading up on your condition in www.mayoclinic.com. Tons of info and self-treatment there.

Also, there are herbs that are supposedly good for circulation. You can google a search on that, or consult a nutrition book. I think Gingko Biloba is one (helps memory because of increased oxygenation and/or circulation, I think). There are other herbs, as well. You can get all of these in capsule form, many at discount stores such as Target, or at pharmacies, such as Walgreen's. A health store would have them, of course, but they are much more expensive.

I don't think staying still is good for poor circulation, though. Movement increases circulation.

5. It went away after i walked a few blocks around the house
it was like that for probably 3-4 hours though.
