God does that bring back horrible flashbacks! Did you ever try any of that crap? Horrible, horrible stuff. Luckily my mom didn't buy the stuff, but a childhood buddy's mom made it for us all the time, despite our calls for something, anything else. We always wound up dumping the shit, and getting some good clean water.

5. I love it. My mom stopped dragging me along to the grocery store
after these products were released due to my incessant whining for "Choo Choo Cherry".

It was nasty stuff but I was hooked on the characters.

12. Sandy Dunkin and Chinese Cherry
Sandy Dunkin had a sitcom called Funny Face. Choo Choo Cherry was first called Chinese Cherry,but that name was later changed.

I do remember that in the early commercials the racial stereotypes were played up for comic effect.
