Nothing against the lounge and all the silly threads that people feel compelled to post. I just don't know why they have to show up on the latest discussion threads page.

Nothing makes this site more ineffectual and juvenile than one silly post after another. If we are trying to be an influential player in the political dialogue of this country, having dumb repetitive lounge threads popping into the serious discussions are doing nothing to help hurting this site's credibility.

IMO, they're cliquish (which explains the 'middle-school' reference). I've never responded to one nastily or rudely (hell, I don't think I've ever responded to one at all). They're just a tiny source of irritation in a world full of huge mountains of serious rage.

In other words, they're not worth raising a sweat over.

Nah its cool, and cliques do indeed suck ass but sometimes a good copycat really can make a day, god though I wish I had never tried to copycat that bradshaw one yesterday because it turned out, that was a copycat and the subject of my copycat was the original subject, :crazy:, and thus came all the kleeb threads which annoyed me as much as anyone.
