Is it jazz night on DU?
First a request to post our fave jazz albums, then a Roland Kirk appreciation thread? Most excellent!

How many jazz aficionados have we got in the Lounge? I'm curious. Most of my jazz-loving friends are quite liberal - is there a correlation between love of jazz and political leanings?

I'm a mom. I'm a progressive.
ModMom would have been a cooler name, but I'm not really a Moderate.

I think I am afraid people will think I am a prog rock fan.
