2. and sad, in a hilarious sort of way,
that someone as naturally gorgeous as, say, Meg Ryan, would feel the need for augmentation.

4. Like watching a car wreck
Fascinating and sickening. Sad that we have such a hard time accepting our age, and pretty freaky that so many cases of plastic surgery actually accentuated the ugliness of old age.
