Third Shift Workers of the World Unite!
For too long we have slaved through the night so the delicate prima donnas of first shift can take all the glory. While they eat donuts, and gossip at the water coolers, all the while pushing the work off onto the other shifts we are the ones that must work.

We are the work-horses, we are the ones that create the products, we are the ones who languish while they live in luxury.

Let those first shift mofos know what you think of them!

4. I approve of this thread
Where I work we have 5 people on 3rd shift, 1st has 18 and yet we are expected to run the same amount of machines and then they have the nerve to complain if we don't have everything set-up perfect for them when they take over.

6. That is the exact same story where I work
First has 9 people working in the same area I work, and we have 3 one of which is mentally handicapped. While we have to bust our ass trying to keep up with all the stuff they pushed off on us, and hardly ever get a lunch break; they take 1 hour lunches, nap on the job, and take off early 3 days of the week.

They can get away with all of that, but if we come up short just once all hell breaks loose.
