Anyone see the new "trying to be funny" CNN news spots - 1 w/ Lou Dobbs

and the other with C. Amanpour? The Dobbs spot is okay but the Amanpour is unsettling. I like my Amanpour in a war zone looking like she hasn't slept -- not dolled up in a studio delivering stupid patter. What are they thinkin'?

4. what scares me is the insipid "CNN Viewers" they try to help

Seems like they're trying to frame the "average cnn viewer" as someone who really doesn't understand anything, but that's okay, cause Unca-and-Auntee CNN is damn gum near-like a geenius -- they can take cares of the big things in life while I take care of the small things -- like watching CNN!"
