I can tell by the way the kitten looks in the face. Take my word for it that kitten is a boy.

Are they both from the litter of strays that you were feeding.

We spayed a female last week. We need to trap Skittles' & Frank's mommy really soon. She's a fertile li'l thing.

30. I use to sell artwork at Cat Shows

Let me start out by saying that I do not have any respect for breeders because the little guys like the ones that you have need homes and overpopulation is the cause of too many cats being put down or abandoned.

But I am guilty because I have bought several kittens in the past and I also have taken in strays and kept a litter one time because I couldn't make a choice of who was going and who was staying so my Mom and I kept them all. I bought a Persian that I fell in love with one time because it was one of those things that you just can't help.

The lady said that if she didn't sell him that she was going to take him to a shelter and have him put down so I took the money that I earned from my artwork at the show and bought him and that is when I started noticing the different bone structure between males and females.

Look at both of the kittens the one on top has a smaller narrower face and the kitten on the bottom has a wider face with a higher forehead. Boys tend to have a wider face then girls and the way that the kitten looks in the adorable picture that you had posted earlier looked like a boy from the back.

There is a good shot of his little butt up in this thread and it looks like a boy to me, but it's still hard to tell.

I agree too that allot of male cats have a slightly more masculine bone structure, which gives them a wider looking face.
