Weight Loss.
In November I lost about 10 pounds due to anxiety and stress. I weighed about 120 to begin with, so at 109 I look skeletal right now. At 5'3, the wind almost knocks me over.

Maybe they can market the stress and anxiety into some weight loss program.

2. Unfortunately more people probably eat more (self-medicate) with
food while under stress. I suspect they'd envy you.

8. I've had unintentional weight loss too
Mine is due to ibs, although possibly ibd, and not being able to eat enough due to pain, cramping, and nausea. I am 115 at 5'5''. At the beginning of summer, I weighed 135lb. I have gotten used to my new weight, but don't want to lose more weight. Some days, I just can't eat. A couple of the heavier women at work said that they wished that they had what I have, but I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Are you able to eat much now? It is scary to lose weight that you don't have to lose and face the possibility of losing more weight.

9. Don't worry, you'll gain it all back like I did, LOL.
Early this year I went down a clothes size, a size I hadn't been since early high school. I was stressed out, not eating, not sleeping well, etc.

Now, it's December, all my clothes fit again. :(

Or, :) depending on how you see it.

10. I didn't weigh myself for a month, lost 2 big lbs, now at 103 at 5' 4''
Edited on Sat Dec-04-04 08:06 PM by freeplessinseattle
but have little muscle weight so could stand to lose more, wanna trade

on edit: I know I am not overweight, just undermuscle. and the post-selection depression hasn't helped my energy level. just saying that muscle vs fat weight makes a huge diff and I sound thin but really am not, but it's easier to focus on how miserable my body makes me rather than how miserable * does b/c I have more control over my body.
