my room-mate just got back from a film-fest in Whistler: no sleep for 26h

my room-mate just got back from a film-fest in Whistler: no sleep for 26h
She's wired...forgot her meds, and was talking a mile a minute, punctuating every other statement with "..., sweetie." That's how you know someone's been to a film industry party...the liberal use of "sweetie".

Now, after being awake and unmedicated since saturday morning at 6:30am, she's on her way to her volunteer gig at the retirement home, where no doubt she'll be scaring the shit out of the residents with her perky insomniac ramblings...

Yeesh!
