Who here takes bee pollen? |
|
I keep hearing people talk about the health benefits of taking local bee pollen. I have known eating local honey helps with allergies. Anybody know anything about this?

2. Well, the jury is out on the allergy benefits. |

But bee pollen tastes good, generally, and has all sorts of good amino acids.
Don't look at it as a cure, but as just another food.

It certainly didn't help my allergies as advertised. At best, it did nothing and cost a ton to do it.
Some people have pollen allergies so for them it would be a terrible idea.
