Cincinnati 27, Baltiwhore 26:bounce:

The Zebra's did everything they could to help the Ravens win but it wasn't enough.

1. That was an exciting game

I thought Cincy was done for when Baltimore kicked that field goal with 1:42 left. But the Cincy offense showed that they are big time now with that drive down the field against one of the best defenses in the NFL. Hell of a game.

2. It shoulda never been that close
Friggin' muffed punt return giving the Bengals the ball at the 16...

This ain't the same old Ravens defense, because back in the day they would have kept the Bengals to 3 points off of that turnover, but I guess that's the way it goes. I love Reed and McAlister, but they sure didn't do a very good job of breaking up plays today, aside from that interception/fumble/touchdown (very cool to watch, though.)

Well, small consolation, but at least we can take credit for grooming Marvin Lewis over here. :)

Now to start hoping the Broncos and Jaguars start losing...

3. God bless Marvin Lewis
He is turning the Bengals around. The chances may be slim for the Bengals this year to make the playoffs, but I'm betting they are going to be a contender in the future.
