Wondering if such a thing as this exists:

I've got a friend whose father is a ferry pilot; brings used airplanes from one end of the world to another when they sell. He's getting older and tired of the long flights, and is thinking about starting a business to connect available pilots and planes that need to be moved, sort of an online pilot's agent kind of thing.

Does this exist already? And if so, how could he do it better? :shrug:
