Brought to you by ..... The Mexico "Terrorism" Board???

Has anyone seen that commercial promoting a Mexican vacation? CNN runs it here in the NE alot. Am I hearing things or does the announcer begin by saying "Brought to you by the Mexico Terrorism Board"?... Obviously instead of Tourism. This is the 2nd time I thought they said that. The first, I was almost sure I was imagining it, now I don't know. :crazy:

If I'm NOT wrong, whose idea of a sick joke is that??? Or could it just be a slip up?
