As a joke I have thought about making a 3 inch tall yellow strip that covers up the CNN crawl on TVs. Instead of their parade of hysteria, it simply says:

"Everything is fine. Really -- there is nothing to worry about."

But I actually think I could sell some.

1. wouldn't it be SO damn cool

if someone could somehow hack into whatever moron is in charge of the crawl's computer and change it to say that? Or like, "If you're afraid they will use you" or some shizzle like that.
