I just had scrambled eggs for dinner.
Start by cooking some thin noodles and a couple of Hebrew National Hot Dogs...

Saute some olive oil, fresh garlic, onions and oregano.....

Whisk together some eggs, non dairy creamer, a dash of sea salt, some ground pepper, a bit of sugar and some baking powder (It makes the eggs oh so fluffy)

Add the noodles (You can use left over spagetti, like my mom did) to the Saute Mix, stir for awhile

Cut up the dogs into bite size pieces,,,,

Add the dogs,,,,,

Stir for awhile....

Add the eggs, let them sit for aminute or two, fold over and stir. Soon you will have a fluffy concoction that I gaurentee will comfort your soul.....

Easy, good, not bad for you and very inexpensive.... about three bucks for two portions.....

(I add tobasco to mine, Mrs. WC Green, while one hot tamalie, doesn't like the food as spicy as I do)

1. Who said it's just for breakfast! Those are YOUR rules, not mine!
Same with the Hebrew Nationals (yum)...

I always love having eggs for dinner, or steak or pizza for breakfast. Feels like "sticking it to the man"!

2. I love breakfast for dinner
I'm making myself some taro pancakes for dinner tonight, along with some fresh mango and a glass of Pog juice. Just trying to pretend I'm in Hawaii, even though I'm in dark and dreary Seattle. :D
