the last time I posted about the Mexico house. So, I'm sorry, and want to thank all of you who came to my assistance and offered advice and support, THANKS !

Okay, here's the deal: We were pulling our hair out all weekend, we stopped painting, I cryed alot, and I pulled out the St. Anthony Novena.

Today my Mom told Mike she would forward the balance on this house, we would pay her monthly what we are paying the owners now, and pay her off when the Punta Banda house sells.

So, we were saved. Huge beach parties this summer, everyone welcome.
