Poll question: What is the worse Character/Personality flaw that a person can have?
Edited on Tue Dec-07-04 04:59 AM by GingerSnaps
It's that time of the year again when you have to associate with people that you try to avoid all year long.

What is the worse personality or character flaw that a person can have?

This is the one flaw that I dislike more than anything:

My sister is very insecure so she has to keep telling people that she is pretty and then asking them about if she is pretty. :puke: :grr:

She is one point below me so that makes her a 9 :D Just kidding!

3. What a choice!
To me the worst is when a person is just a general all purpose fuckwad, so I voted for the all encompassing "Obnoxious" category...But that sounds too nice!

4. LIAR.
Edited on Tue Dec-07-04 04:23 AM by Placebo
Once someone has lied, about even the smallest thing, they're pretty much dead to me. How can you ever trust them again? Trust is a really really huge thing to me, which is why I give it so rarely. Hence the reason I have an extremely small but very tight-knit group of people I love enough to call friends.

6. I hear you there!
My reply was meant for people you know on less intimate levels like ex-roommates and casual acquiantances and such...but if you have a significant other or lover who has been lying to you then that is much worse because the hurt and damage can go so much deeper....

Usually he or she has a fair amount of all the others as well. Another poster aptly described them as 'fuckwits'. That word about covers it.

28. That's the one...
...some might say it falls under vanity, but I voted "other" because selfishness seems in a different class from simple vanity.

Being self-absorbed prevents people from feeling empathy with others. Only they exist...other people are peripheral, like furniture.

The most extreme examples of selfish people are sociopaths.

35. The one relative that holds animosity for the past under assumption
The guy/gal that will bring up something that was from the past and it's been say 15 years and he will remember it as plain as day and for some odd reason that way he remembers things grows even bigger because he has told the story for 15 years and he keeps adding to it.

Also, the relative that makes up all kinds of assumptions for the reason that you aren't married.
