Best City on Krypton.
Sadly, only Kandor remains.

1. Can we say Kandor is "on" Krypton....
....since it was shrunken and removed from Krypton before the cataclysm?

6. Kryptonopolis is the city that never sleeps....
Kandor is just a quaint little shanty town.

8. If "snob" = "doesn't like stuff that sucks," then so be it
For crying out loud, Kandor doesn't even have a miniature NFL team any more. The owner moved the tiny team to LEGOland when Kandor refused to build a new stadium.

Best city on Krapton* is more like it!!!!

7. Kal-El's home town Kryptonopolis is (was) pretty nice
A little bit of urban blight, but its transit system (two swirling silver hula hoops) was out of this world.

9. Well, of course
Kryptonopolis was in the "blue" part of Krypton. It had excellent schools and infrastructure.

Kandor was in the "red" part of Krypton (no connection to red kryptonite) and is full of freepers. The "hot button" issue in Kandor is whether they should recognize marriages between Bizarro Kryptonians.
