WTF!!!

You cannot buy an oceanfront condo for what you can pay for a condo back in whatever hillbilly town you're from. So don't ask.

I had three walk ins from hell today, can you tell??

GRRRRRR!

5. Yeah some people really don't know
what real estate costs in a metropolitan or surburbian area. Try $150K for a very small condo, and forget the ocean. If you're lucky you might see a creek off the side of the hill.

9. We call those units "ocean smell..."
Nowhere close to the ocean but sometimes, when the wind blows, you can smell low tide.

from the gulf, not directly on the beach. And there is another building partially obstructing your view of the water. Not that he is complaining.

17. Did I mention, most tourists leave their brains on vacation?
50% of the people I deal with when i'm on duty are insane. Here's my typical walk-in: "Umm, we just started looking and we're on our last day of vacation and we're on our way out of town. We'd like something on the oceanfront for "x" amount with no homeowner's association, but we're not ready to buy yet. We'll probably be retiring to this area in the next three to five years. However, we want to see something right away."

By this point i'm pounding my head on my desk.
