I was a little disturbed, listening just now, when Randi said that she would not snitch out individual GI's, basically, and while I understand that the guys at the bottom keep taking the blame and punishment - that should be directed at the people at the top - I still say that IF a person became aware of an atrocity, it should be reported to say, John Conyers, or another trusted official (or Sy Hersh, the journalist, whatever), so that it could be investigated (whether or not a GI was disciplined later).
