The albums they've cannibalized, like Television's debut, blow away anything they've done. If I want to hear a good record from '77-79, I won't listen to a bunch of 21st century dilettantes.

9. They are AWFUL live
i mean awful. I had to walk out awful. Sure there album is ok but if the album sounds fine but the band sounds awful, then they just have good producers.

Even crappy bands sound good live because the atmoshphere is fun. The Strokes are awful.
