Looking for a new avatar...got any suggestions?

For now, I'm sticking with the upside down American flag, out of protest of voter fruad/disencansfisment...

But after the phony inaugural, I might consider a new avatar, one that suits my playful, and gregarious nature...

14. I find rotating Avatars a good way to keep things fresh

Dean vs. Clark or would candidate X have done better than Kerry threads in GD Politics may get stale fast, but at least avatars can move on to new things.

I like to dress up my beaver and put him in different outfits, depending on the occasion

I do them in Adobe Photoshop but other programs to the trick.

need to be less than 1inch by 1 inch and under a K. both those rice avatars were 50dpi
saved as a gif

pretty simple

the avatar upload procedure in the options does seem to compress and resize slightly larger images, but I have no idea how big a file you can upload and let the system shrink it.

there are lots of folks here who like to make avatars just for fun, I am trying to remember the DUer who had a web page of hundreds.
