Man faces 5 criminal charges after going into a rage after a bad hair cut

"Apparently, he was not happy with the haircut and returned for a refund the following day," Glover said.

Witnesses said the man had only paid $30 for the $64.20 hairdo in the first place, but a stylist agreed to try to fix his hair.

But there was apparently no pleasing the man.
"There was nothing you could do to make him happy," a witness recalled. "It (his hair) was too ashy. It was too gold, then it wasn't gold enough."

The second cut left the unhappy client even more displeased.

"He demanded a refund and when the salon employee refused, the client threatened him," Glover said.

Mall security officers were summoned to the salon, but the unhappy customer wasn't going to go quietly. He allegedly punched one of them in the face and kicked the other in the face, Glover said.

That's when police were called, but before they arrived the man allegedly knocked over several display stands and caused more than $1,000 damage to various merchandise.

Besides facing two counts of assault, the man will also be charged with causing a disturbance, mischief under $5,000 and uttering threats.

He's doing a 3pm-8pm EST. So I'll grill him when I pick him up in the evening and get back to you on this post tomorrow night.

9. The article went over well in the shop today.
So I'm told. Everyone got a good laugh out of it. They said they have people like that. They get mad and walk out without paying. Not really destroy the display though.

We have one of the lowest # of hrs. of required training in my state for hairdressers. So when they get out of school they often have very little experience.
