Miami Dolphin Finally Victorious - Punches Female Security guard in face
:eyes:

Burlington, Vt. - Miami Dolphins receiver David Boston pleaded innocent Tuesday to charges of assaulting a ticket agent at the Burlington International Airport in October.

Boston, who was charged with simple assault, did not appear in court. His lawyer entered the plea. Boston is accused of striking a US Airways customer service agent in the face after he refused to let him board a plane.

According to court papers, Boston told police that Ed Gorchinski had caused him to miss his flight and had spit in his face.

Gorchinski said the flight was running late and he had urged Boston to hurry to the plane but Boston took his time. Gorchin- ski then refused to let Boston board the plane, court papers said.

1. what a horrible piece of shit.
suspend him for the rest of the season, and treat him like any other criminal who is guilty of assaulting someone.

I wish. But Monday's game was great... Julius Jones is all anyone's talking about. Well that and why is Vinnie slated to start next year, too. :eyes:

12. No, I don't really have a care either way
yet Holmgren's stupid decision to not contest it ( unless he had no timeouts left - I wasn't paying close attention) doesn't make it right. His loss.

13. Pfft.. contest? Impossible!
It was a judgment call - can't challenge it.

You do know it was ruled that he would've landed inbounds if not hit, right? So it counts.

And also they got a freebie early in the game, so there. :P
