Breakfast burritos
Maybe I should place this in the cooking forum, may be not.

So,I'm fixing chorrizo, onions, eggs and jalepeno right now for breakfast burritos. Anything else I need to add? Some people I know add potatoes, don't like potatoes in my burrritos. Anything special I should do? I add the ingredients with a warmed tortilla. Do you have another way to make breakfast burritos?

1. Sounds tasty
I usually just use eggs, some grated cheese and salsa in a tortilla- if I have some, I'll use a little sour cream and chopped cilantro.

Salsa, too.

On edit:

If I have time, I like to heat them in the oven until the outside is just starting to get a tiny bit brown and crisp. Then serve them with salsa on top with a dollop of sour cream.

5. Sounds like you have it covered :)
One thing that is REALLY good is (and it's been a while since I cooked the stuff, I don't remember the Mexican name for it) a green chile sauce (made with pork, it's kind of a creamy sauce) over the top after you roll that puppy up :)

Lots of cheese is necessary too.

7. Cheese? Avo? I think cheese would be a fine addition. Jack? Cheddar?
Up to you, but I like my burrito with avocado, and cheese makes it goooey and yummy.

Oh, how I miss Mexican food. I do so love living in Vermont.... but no Mexican food. I am only four years out of my native CA, and I miss a good, downhome burrito!

I can't wait for Christmas -- going back to the beach... and Albertos #? I don't care -- cuz it will be "real" Mexican food!!!!

Have fun with your burrito!
