They came staggering in and galumphing up the stairs (I live in the lower unit) and singing...um...something.

Hopefully, if they end up puking and passing out, they will do so in their *own apartment* and not in the laundry room or something.

6. Eh. I didn't realize there were quite so many of them when I got here.

The apartment itself is great, as is the location. It's not actually a garden apartment -- it's a standard lower flat in a two-family building, with a basement below.

Most of the time, it's just footsteps. When they have parties, they do so in the attic (and I don't hear them very often).

7. So far, the only common area they've soiled is the porch couch.

They did clean it up. Still.
