Anybody know of an outdoor/water resistant digital camera?

1. Or any good, hearty digital camera that can

take the abuse of travel, camping, backpacking, babies, a labrador retreiver (such as the one pictured to the left...that's Rover)

Bushnell makes shitty optics.

4. there are underwater cases available for many Digicams

For instance the Olympus 765 and 770.

5. My canon S40 was left out in the rain

for over a day. Opened the lens, took out the battery and the flash card and let it air dry with all open for a day - everything fine. There are cases for many cams if you want to take underwater pics, but I think most of them dry out just fine.
