Poll question: Should I bother going to the store for dinner, or get Chinese? |
|
Edited on Thu Dec-09-04 03:03 PM by da_chimperor
Both are in the same direction. The Chinese place is 30 seconds walking distance, and the store is only 3 min away by foot. However, I've never actually gotten anything there. I can't make up my mind, so now it's YOUR responsibility! :D

3. Go For a Chinese Dish with Lots of Vegetables |
|
it's healthy and probably no more expensive than the groceries you're likely to buy. That's my rationalization.

4. Chinese Food is only a stop-gap solution... |
|
If you have so little in the house that these are your choices, go to the store, now! This will pay off for days, while Chinese food today only postpones the problem. You can always treat yourself to Chinese food tomorrow. :)

6. Nothin' wrong with that... |
|
...at least it ensures that stuff is fresh when you eat it.
I just glanced at your profile to check on "local habits". I just got back from a short visit in The Netherlands. What IS it with all the Argentine Steakhouses in Amsterdam?
Yeah, I saw plenty of Chinese (or Chinees, as it's spelled there) restaurants there...even a "Eat all you want in 1 hour" Dim Sum place. Tempting.

8. Argentine steak houses are pretty common |
|
There's one in my city at least, and I've seen all of them in Amsterdam. Not quite sure why myself.
