2. Yes- and they succeeded
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/1820749.stm

"Researchers in Texas have cloned a domestic cat, producing a two-month-old kitten called CopyCat.

The work is described in the scientific journal Nature and is the first time anyone has cloned a pet.

The cloning of cats interferes with nature and raises serious questions concerning whether a pet can ever be truly replaced

Derek Conway, Cats Protection
CopyCat, or Cc for short, is a copy of her genetic mother, not of the tabby surrogate cat that actually gave birth to her.

The cloned cat "appears healthy and energetic", say researchers at Texas A & M University"

4. Yes, Robert Preston in "The Music Man"
He apparently based his moves when leading the band on cat moves.

couldn't get the copier lid to close
the cat kept scratching me and making loads of noise, so I gave up.

5. That's what catnaps are for
Actually they end up copying me. I lay down for a nap for a few minutes and next thing you know I'm surrounded by sleeping cats.

7. I did once...
I couldn't get the boss's cat to stop sleeping on the copy machine. It was annoying because I'd have to pick it up to get it off of the machine to make copies. One day I left the top up, and when the cat jumped on the glass, I hit the copy button. The cat never got near the machine again. That was a good day.

8. I copy cats
I copied a lynx...About 4 years ago
I was doing a wildlife teaching thing At a wildlife rehab center, for a crowd of kids that routinely come in from schools and I was to do a talk about lynxes.I had with me a lynx,Sadie. She was back than a young adult.(and I adore her still). As I was waiting for my turn to present my schpeal and I was getting her ready to go out for the presentation .I was putting on her harness, brushing her fur out getting her a drink, and gearing her up and seeing if she was ready,to go and all)
Than I got delayed by the dude before me with the python doing Q&A and she got antsy waiting .I was trying to keep her occupied with a hissing cockroach she was squirmy and wanted to play..(A noisy 4 inch roach from madagascarhttp://www.uky.edu/Agriculture/Entomology/entfacts/misc/ef014.htm)
(we had a tank with a few roaches in there and I'd take them out to distract cats I worked with,or freak out my mom and keep her out of myy hair when I would do presentations),but Sadie wasen't interested in the roach anymore.(Cats are like 2 year olds sometimes). So I put her on the office copier and xeroxed her paws. She saw the light bar move and was fascinated. She saw the paper come out and like every cat on earth that sees a copier work, she was hooked, oooh crackly paper..I made 6 copies.(and they were so cute the copies had copied all the fur between the toes and her little pawpads were clearly shown and one had a noseprint!)
And the xerox kept her occupied until presentation time. She liked the copier way better than the cockroach.

And also I am transforming myself into a cat-person,similar to this guy

http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_365440.html?menu=news.latestheadlines but I am doing it in my own way. He is a tiger but I am an androgynous horned winged rainbow tiger being made of fire and lightning inside this human suit..So I might as well be as comfy as I can in my own selfhood in this fucked up world. When my tats are done my mowhawk will be rainbowed as a celebration..

Just so ya know I am not getting the facial snarl surgery like Cat Man did,Because I don't snarl all the time..And my whiskers will be multicolored made out of the stuff jelly braclets are made of and tapered on the ends...I have horns I have made several pairs and they attach to my head with invisible elastic and one lights up, another is transparent, another is hologram glitter all are rainbow colored. I am trying to figure out how to make wings that move like how the wings were made in the dogma movies,This is how *I* want to look,For practicality I won't be wearing the wings all the time but when I want to feel more beautiful than just by my feline self,I can wear them ..I already wear a tail ears and claw mitts I have made alot(I don't have acrylic long fingernails on my hands because I do art and it hinders my dexterity art wise) This has been a dream of mine sincce childhood to be the cat being I am on the inside, outside.

I have got my first installment of cat fur pattern tattoo done on my arm.My transformation is a sequential process that will take awhile...Soon I will be getting lip pierces for my whiskers and fang crowns put on..Some times you got to be who you are to be happy, and it does not mastter what anyone else thinks.

You gotta find your passion if you want to find your happiness. My passion is just a little differently expressed than most peoples seems to be I guess.
Meows Y'all
