I saw "Jackass the movie" last night.....

As FUCKING STUPID as most of it was..I have to admit some was god damned hilarious. Like the Golf cart rampage, old men brawling, and the airhorn at the golf course. I also dug the guy stripping in Japan.

3. My only problem, and it's a major one...

...is the cultural "copy cat" effect it had due to it's success. "Bum Fights", for example, immediately comes to mind.

Now we have kids with digiCams throughout North America trying to "top it" in a most pathetic way. It's like the success of "Girls Gone Wild"; the guy's made freakin' millions off American female teens flashing their tits; it's spawned a gazillion copycats, and EVERYONE - especially young American women, just look fucking stooopid.

Disclaimer: As a regular dude, of course I love the female body, but I can admire it on the beaches of the Mediterranean every summer...no need to rent a video and feel stooopid myself.

6. Most asinine thing ever filmed. I laughed SO HARD!

The golf cart 4-wheeling had me laughing so hard that I got chest cramps, as did the rental car demolition derby.

7. It might be the kind of movie that needs a big audience.

I saw it in the theater opening night (and, truth be told, high as a kite) and I thought it was hilarious. It was made so much better, though, with the energy of the crowd.

Of course, the sno cone was flat-out disgusting. I've always loved me some Johnny Knoxville (hey, Im a girl, he's hot, what canya do?) but Steve-O always struck me as just that sad kid that could never get a girlfriend but just *needed* attention.
