The best song they ever did was "Alone Again Or" and that's a fucking Bryan MacLean track! Sure, I get it , a black dude playing psychedelic rock before Hendrix, yadda yadda yadda......"Forever Changes" gets my vote for THEE overrated album of all time.
Then again, "7 and 7 is" is a monster fucking tune, I must admit.

"My Flash On You", "My Little Red Book", "Signed DC" and "Hey Joe" really great no frills rock. And they evolved so beautifully, with "Forever Changes." Second only to the Byrds as far as great LA 60s bands go
